PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We provide complete summer and winter maintenance for our commercial and institutional contract clients. Our team of highly qualified horticulturalists provide complete care for the trees, shrubs, perennials and garden beds which are the foundation of any great garden design, and our winter maintenance staff are well-equipped with the tools and training care for your property in the winter months.
Summer Property Maintenance
During the spring, summer and fall seasons we provide full grounds maintenance including power sweeping of parking lots, lawn care services, trimming and edging of trees and curbs, flower and tree planting, aerating and de-thatching, leaf removal and various other types of maintenance including full lawn care programs for fertilizing and weed and insect control.
Winter Property Maintenance
Our property maintenance division also provides winter maintenance for our commercial contract clients. We have a large fleet heavy equipment – salters, blowers, sidewalk plows and triaxle dump trucks – to service your property. We have an in-house service staff of 75+ members for snow removal, fleet support, and the monitoring of our sites around the clock for the duration of the winter.
