General Labourer - Property Maintenance

Position Overview
During the spring, summer and fall seasons we provide full grounds maintenance including power sweeping of parking lots, lawn care services, flower and tree planting, aerating and de-thatching, leaf removal and various other types of maintenance including full lawn care programs for fertilizing and weed and insect control.

Job Type: Full-time, seasonal, or student

Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment including tractors, blowers, trimmers, lawnmowers, hedge trimmers etc.

  • Maintain flower beds including pruning, edging, and weeding.

  • Installation of soil, flowers, shrubs, mulch, etc.

  • Transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, and hand lifting/carrying.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

  • Ability to maintain professional company image.

  • Willingness to follow health & safety regulations of our profession.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Willingness to work 40+ hours a week.
