Thunderbolt provides topsoil stripping, screening and delivery services to meet necessary specifications. Our topsoil is locally sourced and produced, which can be beneficial in LEED certified projects. Our screened topsoil has been used for seeding lawns, building flower or shrub gardens, sodding, and the planting of large trees.
Seed
Thunderbolt offers two seeding options for your property, with custom seed mixes to meet necessary specifications. Our hydro seeding method sprays a mix of mulch, seed, fertilizer and water to the applied area, catalysing germination and efficient growth of the seed bed. Our brillion option is direct drill approach, popular in sport fields and large estate areas.
