Project Manager

Must have university degree in a related subject or CET degree

Experience in construction is a requirement

Responsibilities may include:
-
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
-
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project and monitor to ensure project standards are met
-
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities and execute the project according to the project plan
-
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
-
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
-
Carpenter
-
Proven experience as carpenter
-
Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
-
Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
-
Ability to read technical documents and drawings
-
Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
Landscape Foreman
-
At least 3-years of experience as a foreman.
-
A comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations for our profession.
-
Extensive knowledge/experience in the installation of interlock, retaining walls, concrete, armour stone etc.
-
Experience with plant identification, layout and planting techniques.
-
The ability to read plans and experience setting grades.
-
Have experience in the operation of equipment; mini ex, skid steers, tampers, diesel plates, sod rollers quick cuts etc.

A valid G drivers license to operate company vehicles
-
Ability to maintain professional company image
-
Maintain weekly schedule
-
Complete and submit paperwork related to any jobs, maintain written time records and work orders.

The ability to supervise and motivate a crew.
Lead Hand
-
Minimum 3-years’ experience as a lead hand or equivalent
-
Comprehensive knowledge of health & Safety regulations for our profession
-
Extensive knowledge/experience in the hardscape installation, plant identification, reading plans and setting grades
-
Experience operating equipment including mini ex, skid steers, tampers, diesel plates, quick cuts, etc.

Have a valid G driver’s license to operate company vehicles
-
Ability to assist in supervising and motivation teammates
